Bishop Paul Duffy, OMI, of Mongu, Zambia, ordained to the Priesthood Fr. Michael Powell, OMI, on June 8, 2002, at St. Patrick's Parish in Houston, TX.  Fr. Mike's first assignment will be as associate pastor at St. John the Baptist Church in San Juan, TX.
