FIVE OBLATE SEMINARIANS IN MIRAMAR, FLORIDA

On September 7, 2003, five Oblate pre-novices in Miramar, FL,  committed themselves to another year of vocational discernment, study, prayer, and apostolate.

During the Sunday Spanish Mass at St. Stephen Parish, Lucino Cruz, Efraín Rosales, David Muñoz, Ricardo López, and Adam Kotas, received a small replica of the Oblate cross to wear as a reminder of their commitment.

The Director of the Blessed Joseph Gerard Community, Fr. James Allen, OMI, presided at the Mass. The rector of St. John Vianney College Seminary in Miami, Monsignor John Noonan, concelebrated.  The students attend class at SJV.

Following the Mass, the Oblate Lay Associates from the parish put on a little reception in the pre-novitiate dining room.
