HEALING MASS AT HOLY ANGELS

The Mass was followed by a healing service and the availability of the Sacrament of Reconciliation. It was an evening of prayer and anointing under the patronage of Our Lady of Guadalupe and a fitting Advent preparation for the coming of the Lord Jesus. |

On
Monday, December 12, the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Fr. Richard McAlear,
OMI, celebrated a Healing Mass at Holy Angels Church. Hundreds came from as
far as Rochester and from all parts of Buffalo to join with a large number
of parishioners from Holy Angels for this moving liturgy. Music was
provided by The Voices of Mercy group from St. Luke’s Mission
of Mercy on Buffalo’s East Side, the Oblate parish’s partner in distributing
food to the needy of the West Side.
