Slideshow: No Strangers at OMI WYD Event
From July 20 to the 25th young people and Oblates from around the world gathered for a special celebration of Oblate youth prior to the official beginning of the World Youth Day activities on July 25th in Krakow. The slide show is a compilation of photos posted on Facebook and Twitter by WYD attendee Sydney Rae, Fr. Richard Hall and others over the past week. Many of the activities and locations were not included in the postings so while specific information about the photos is scarce, the joy, the enthusiasm and the faith of the young people is evident.
You will see a few familiar faces, many not-so-familiar faces, but you will surely enjoy these snapshots from the various activities and liturgies with international Oblates and their young friends.
