Provincial Announces New Appointments

U.S. provincial, Fr. Louis Studer, OMI sent this letter from Rome announcing the elections of two Oblates to important positions in the new General Administration. He also provides some information about the immediate plans of otgoing General Louis Lougen, and General Councilor, Warren Brown.
